Our Mission
At The CPR Lab, we're committed to empowering you with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. Our HeartSaver CPR and AED certification course, taught in just 3 hours, covers adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and choking relief.
Experienced Instructors
I'm Christina Mark, the owner and operator of The CPR Lab, serving Warner Robins, GA, and surrounding counties. As a certified American Heart Association (AHA) instructor, I'm dedicated to providing high-quality CPR and AED certification training to individuals and organizations within our community.

What to Expect
In our interactive and engaging classes, you'll learn:
- Basic life-saving skills, including adult/child/infant CPR and AED use
- Signs of choking and how to help a choking victim
- How to activate and phone your Emergency Response Number (911)
- To be ready to ensure a productive and enjoyable learning experience, please:
- Arrive on time and ready to participate
- Bring a water bottle
- Books will be provided during class

CPR and First Aid Training
Adult CPR and AED
Learn how to perform CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) on adults in cardiac arrest. This course is recommended for anyone who wants to learn basic CPR skills.
